Charger 2 continues on the success story and good reputation won by Charger 1. Just the perfect glider for powered flying. The easy start and flight characteristics have won the hearts of many paramotor pilots. Based on the Charger 2, we again developed the Charger 2 Trike designed for flying with heavy tandem trikes.
The Charger 2 Trike is the pilot friendly powered glider, both in the sky and on the ground. It is an ideal choice for professional trike pilots as it is specially designed and build for heavy trikes. The Charger 2 Trike inflates easily and cleanly without the need to use the A risers. The canopy stays over pilot’s head, with no tendency to pitch forward or fall back. By an asymmetrical rising and with inflated canopy banked to the side, the pilot can smoothly continue the ride and by slightly pulling the steering line easily bring the canopy into a vertical position before he lift-off. In flight, the glider is stable without roll tendencies and is extremely resistant to collapse. Extremely resistant to collapse, the Charger will put you at ease and allow you to enjoy the flying. Powered flying with heavy trikes can be easy and enjoyable with the right tool for the job.
The glider is resistant to collapses even in rough air and provides good performance thanks to the customized reflex airfoils. The smooth shape of the airfoil nose is maintained by smart lasting combination of Mylar reinforcement and nitinol rods. The additional unique reinforcing system of the leading edge and mini ribs on trailing edge provide an advantage that is resulting in a smooth ride with exceptional penetration. The Charger 2 Trike features excellent stability throughout the full weight and speed range. The canopy is well dampened without roll tendencies, but offers good flexibility and agility in turns. The Charger 2 Trike is suitable for a wide range of trike units.
The serial risers feature trimmers on D and A straps and two pulley settings for low or high brakes adjustments. The Charger comes standardly equipped with ergonomically thin, semi-rigid brake handles, including swivels, neodymium magnets and rubber lines. The longer range of trim system offers you more safety and control of speed when you have a lighter passenger or when the wind is strong. Maximum speed can be achieved with trimmers on D straps fully released and trimmers on A straps fully closed. Convenient self-cleaning exit “holes” on the wing tips will help remove any sand, grass or small stones from the glider.
For order the Charger Trike can be fitted with a special iron/aluminum spreader bar. The angle of attack is changed from adjustment system placed on the trike. See photo Charger Trike spreader bar.
The use of high-quality materials and constant quality control throughout the manufacturing process produces high quality products. We use a combination of Dynema / Aramid-Kevlar lines of proven series that guarantee correct geometry of your canopy throughout its life.
You can choose from three serial designs. And if you have different color preferences, you have the luxury of making your own design! Through the use of high-grade materials along with constant attention to quality control throughout MACPARA'S manufacturing process you are assured of getting a superbly crafted paraglider.
The Charger 2 Trike is guaranteed to energize you!

The Charger 2 is manufactured using the paragliding industries well established lightweight materials with excellent durability. Skytex 32 HF and Skytex 40 HF are used for profiles and diagonal ribs. Skytex 38 Universal is used for upper surface and LE on lower surface. Skytex 32 Universal is used for bottom main surface. This gives the advantage of a sail that is both lightweight and very durable.
